Dark Blue Trading LLC trades a specialized variety of degreasing chemical solutions for utilization in rig washing, industrial equipment, general purpose and tank cleaning. Depending on the type of surface you are cleaning, method of application and type of oil-based products being cleaned, we offer several concentrated soaps that will quickly cut and emulsify hydrocarbon.

All products in this section carry foaming properties and are formulated to be diluted either by the customer or by one of our hands-free dilution systems. By delivering these water-soluble degreasers in their most concentrated form, we provide maximum customer savings through on-site dilutions.

Oil Platform Rig wash − OCNS Gold Standard

Dark Blue Trading LLC has produced a product for degreasing chemical material. The product is produced using Western European row material and meets OCNS Gold Standard, an offshore rig wash and oil degreaser that efficiently removes oil and grease contamination.

RWASH12 contains a blend of biodegradable surfactants and wetting agents and is registered for use in offshore installations.

Where to Use

  • Use for general purpose cleaning and degreasing of equipment Machinery and surfaces.

How to Use

  • Apply by contact, dip, immersion or spray application.
  • Use as supplied for heavy duty degreasing.
  • Allow a contact time of 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water.
  • Dilute to 8.3-12% for general rig wash activity and janitorial cleaning.
  • Dilute to 4.5-9% when used as an industrial laundry additive.
  • Maximum dilution: 0.25% (1:100).
